Deriv Rise / Fall bots: direction, duration and the bots to run
5 мин унших
Rise / Fall is the contract most people picture when they think of trading: will the price be higher or lower in a few ticks? It is also the family with the most bots on BinaryTick, because almost every idea about direction, from moving averages to candle patterns, can be expressed as a Rise / Fall trade.
How Rise / Fall settles
When you buy Rise, Deriv records the entry price. When the contract ends, it compares the exit price with that entry.
- Rise wins if the exit is higher than the entry.
- Fall wins if the exit is lower.
The price only has to move in your direction by the smallest amount, so nothing has to travel far. If the exit lands exactly on the entry, the trade loses. On a market that often closes level, Rise / Fall Equal pays ties out instead.
Because a win is roughly as likely as a loss, a Rise / Fall win pays close to the stake. That makes it a natural fit for a martingale, and the Rise / Fall bots that use one ship with it sized for full recovery: a win repays the losing run before it.
Duration and market matter here
Digit contracts only read the last digit, so the market barely changes them. Rise / Fall is different. It depends on how the price moves, so two settings change the trade.
Duration. Most Rise / Fall bots on BinaryTick run a 5 tick contract. The candle pattern bots and EMA Ribbon use 3 ticks, Tick Range Breakout 2, four bots trade a single tick, and Early Exit Scalper buys a 60 second contract so it can sell early. A longer contract gives a trend more time to show, and gives noise more time to undo it.
Market. A calm index such as Volatility 10 moves in small steps. Volatility 100 swings hard. The one second indices tick twice as fast as the standard ones, so a session plays out in half the time. Each bot's card names the market it ships on, and you can change it from the card.
The Rise / Fall bots on BinaryTick
BinaryTick has 24 Rise / Fall bots, all free, on the Rise / Fall page. Here is how they divide.
One rule, every trade. Rise / Fall Momentum waits for 3 ticks in a row going the same way, then buys continuation, on Volatility 100. Rise / Fall Switcher buys Rise until a trade loses, then Fall until that loses, on Jump 50. SMA Trend buys the side of its 20 tick average the price sits on. SMA Reversion buys back towards a 50 tick average. RSI Reversal buys Rise when the 14 tick RSI drops below 30 and Fall when it climbs above 70. Bollinger Bounce buys Rise under the lower 20 tick band and Fall above it.
One tick scalpers. Tick Sprint follows the direction of the last tick on Volatility 100 (1s). Run Fade Scalper takes the other side after a run of 3. Adaptive Streak Fader fades long runs and asks for a longer run each time it is wrong.
Indicators that must agree. Confluence Gate needs a moving average, RSI and MACD to point the same way. EMA Ribbon trades only when three averages stack in order. Triple Confirmation Trend needs an average cross, RSI and the price slope to line up.
Candle patterns. Engulfing Reversal, Hammer Rejection and Three Candle Push read completed one minute candles, so they decide at most once a minute.
Patient snipers. Band Pierce Sniper, RSI Extreme Sniper, MACD Cross Sniper, MACD Momentum Gate and Volatility Regime Switch wait for uncommon readings, so long quiet stretches are normal. Each card's pace note names the setting to loosen if you want more trades.
Different exits and stakes. Tick Range Breakout waits for the price to coil into a tight band and trades the break. Early Exit Scalper buys a 60 second contract and sells it early on a profit target, a loss floor or a timer. Oscar's Grind raises the stake after a win and holds it flat through losses. Slow Ladder grows the stake by about 7% after a loss instead of doubling it.
Every card explains its rule under How it works and lists every number under Settings, so you know exactly what a bot will do before you press Run bot.
The settings that matter
Duration. The biggest lever after the rule itself. Shorter contracts turn trades over faster; longer ones give a direction time to play out.
Martingale. The Rise / Fall bots that use one ship at 2.1x with a max stake of 5. A win at 2.1x repays the losing run before it, and the max stake sends the ladder back to 1 after three steps: 1, 2.1, then 4.41. Untick Use martingale for a flat stake.
Max losses in a row. Most of these bots stop after 4 losses in a row. Slow Ladder allows 20.
Stop loss and take profit. Both default to 10, so a session ends in profit or at a loss you chose in advance.
Run one now
Open the Rise / Fall bots and run one on your demo balance. Rise / Fall Momentum is the clearest starting point: one rule you can watch play out tick by tick. Then put SMA Trend and SMA Reversion side by side on the same market, and you will see two opposite views of the same price at work.
